<image:caption>Molly M. Rorick, PHD Molly Rorick completed her PhD at Yale University in 2011. There she studied evolutionary genetics, focusing on the modularity and robustness of biological systems and questions in protein evolution. She went on to complete postdoctoral research in disease ecology and evolution within the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Michigan, and then later within the Department of Ecology and Evolution at the University of Chicago. She is currently a Visiting Scholar within the Department of Biology at the University of Utah. Her research relates to diseases of global health concern, such as malaria and dengue, as well as fundamental mechanisms of evolutionary genetics. Prior to graduate school, Molly received a BA from Pomona College, where she focused on both studio art and biology. EvoLive brings together her passions in art, biology, and teaching.</image:caption>
